Delivery Times
If no other period is specified in the item description, the delivery of goods in
• Germany takes place within 3–5 days, for
• Foreign deliveries maximal additional 21 days after order confirmation (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instructions). Please note that delivery on Sundays and public holidays is not possible.
• USA + Kanada maximal additional 45 days after order confirmation (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instructions). Due to Covid-19, the shipments are being carried by sea freight. Please note that delivery on Sundays and public holidays is not possible.
• Australia + New Zealand maximal additional 35 days after order confirmation (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instructions). Due to Covid-19, the shipments are being carried by sea freight. Please note that delivery on Sundays and public holidays is not possible.

The shipping costs are based on weight. I only ship packages up to a maximum weight of 20 kg. Orders that exceed this weight, I will divide into several shipments.

Delivery of download products
For download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium), there will be no shipping charges.
You can download download products into your customer account.
The provision of the download takes place within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
You will also be informed about the provision by e-mail.
 
Customs duties, taxes and fees
Deliveries to non-EU countries incur additional duties, taxes and fees. Further information on customs duties can be found, for example, at euoropa.eu and on import sales tax at zoll.de, as well as tares.ch specifically for Switzerland.
